Stylish flattering dress
Stylish dress and great fabric. I am short 5.3" and it was the perfect length and the sleeves were just right. The material is flowy and the pleats fall neatly. The empire style is very flattering. However, I had to wear a slip underneath to cover up the low-cut chest area for modesty. I wore it to my daughter's graduation ceremony and she said thank you for not looking ugly for the photos. LOL

Pleated dress
It is very nice dress and design, but left side of the chest area is uneven with some defect that pulled left side out. The dress is much longer than it looks in the pictures in web or maybe it is for tall women.

Unflattering Empire Waist
The pleats are pretty but it was unclear in the photo that this is an empire waist. The sleeves are also so big it hangs like a choir gown. In general, too much fabric and the high waist make it an unflattering silhouette.
