Both of the boots were scratched at the calf area,as if someone did it on purpose.Or...these boots are not new and someone wore them befor and then returned back.

The boots were way too tall for me. Mostly it was the color as they looked faded and cheap. Very disappointed as I purchase quite a bit from Michael Kors.
